Amanda Sheard

Founder & CEO

Founder of Version Two Collective, Amanda Sheard has 25 years in management positions across consulting, executive coaching, leadership development and marketing.

 

Her coaching and facilitation style is creative and results focused assisting others to break through to new levels of success. Her approach is built upon many years of senior level corporate experience and she leverages her great understanding of the dynamics of human behaviour in corporate settings to get great results.  Amanda has designed and delivered coaching and leadership development programs for organisations in the FMCG, Engineering, Construction, Retail, Property and Professional Services environments, Public Sector and NGOs.


Amanda has a BA (Communications) from the University of Technology, Sydney, has undertaken the Manager as Coach program from Sydney University and has completed Change Skills and Approaches to Change at the AGSM.  


She is certified in a range of psychometric tools including the MSCEIT (Mayer Salovey Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test), the full Hogan Suite of Tools, Lominger, The Global Leadership Wellbeing Survey, Five Chairs Methodology and Facilitating Transformation through Values (Corporate Evolution).

 

Amanda is the Managing Director of Version Two Collective and Co-Founder of the Leadership Project.  Amanda is also a member of the ICF and has sat on a number of advisory boards.
